Not all seals are created equal, thermal, chemical and hardware considerations can greatly affect the type of seals required for a specific application. Product design improvements should be made according to differences in working conditions.

Failure analysis

Thermal degradation, mechanical degradation, plasma chemical attack, inherent design defects and other reasons may lead to seal failure. By examining the sample for traces, markings, contours and residues, Xufluo is able to analyze sealing performance and possible faults.

Finite Element Simulation

Ensures that our materials are in condition to produce the most reliable sealing elements. Finite element analysis can unify the simulation verification of dimensions, grooves and application conditions, and clarify the direction of improvement and design selection.

Formula innovation

The functional groups in the target material are gaps, which help the research of perfluoroether rubber formula and reverse technology, and make innovative iterations of formula according to applications

Cleaning and packaging

It can be chemically cleaned and degreased to remove anions and cations that may precipitate on the surface and interior of parts, as well as specific, outgas, grease, stains, etc., packaged in a 10,000-level clean room and vacuum packaged, and customers can disassemble and use them in the clean workshop.

Groove optimization

There are specific size matching for conventional rectangular grooves, high-temperature dovetail grooves and specific triangular grooves, so as to achieve the long-lasting sealing effect of customers under high temperature and ultra-high vacuum.
