FFKM Gaskets

FFKM gaskets are made of Perfluoroelastomer, which is a high-end sealing material with both PTFE grade chemical resistance and rubber elasticity. Its molecular skeleton is completely fluorinated, it is inert to almost all chemical media, and it has the compressive resilience required by rubber. FFKM gaskets are especially suitable for high temperature, strong corrosion and high purity conditions, and are key sealing components in chemical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical and other fields.

Main characteristic

• Super chemical corrosion resistance: stable to strong acids, strong bases, ketones, esters, amines, ethers, chlorinated solvents, strong oxidants, etc.
• Wide temperature resistance range: operating temperature -40 °C ~ +325 °C.
• Excellent gas tightness: extremely low gas transmittance, suitable for vacuum and ultra-pure gas systems.
• Good compression rebound: elastic under high temperature and pressure, risk of leakage.
